I dont have a "dead" car to try this on yet, but maybe in the future I will thanks
My dream truck is a 2006 cat eye Silverado
I see why you have millions of followers! Going to attempt my own pads this week thanks to your video. I'm assuming since you didn't mention it, you don't HAVE to change your brake fluid/bleed your brakes when doing just your pads/rotors yes?
Coupler seems to be just fine. What would be the next thing to check?
Wait, aren’t you supposed to do negative terminal first, when taking a battery out?
hey, Chris. funny question. do you prefer this fluid vs PB blaster fluid?
Chris, what is the max PSI one can or should use on a car? The link you had was to a 2700 PSI washer, which seems quite high. On the web I've seen some recommendations for no more than 1500 or so. Or, do you compensate for the higher PSI by standing a little further back?
Good man
Glad this is impossible to do alone on a 08 mazda6
A built in Jumpstarter? Never heard of that but seems like a good battery :c
I live in Europe and these recommended meguiars products are expensive as hell... :(
Hahaha! I knew it would be a Mazda! My trauma senses were tingling when I clicked on the video!
“you can do this yourself” wrong. jokes on u i don’t even own a car

Most paint shops will never , never , accept to paint a car prepared elsewhere
Bros video just saved me a battery and a alternator THANK YOU SIR
Awesome video, really cool story and literally this looks so fun
Great video. I just finished changing my windshield wiper brakes with your expert advice. Now i have one more annual repair left to take care of. I just need to change my muffler bearings and grease my radiator cap.

What if my heater doesn't work?
I LOVE YOU MY GUY <3
Why did not you reseal again with the same liquid?
Yo chrisfix. The kit isnt available. If you can update the to an affiliate link that works you can still print money from an old video.
Excellent video 🎉🎉🎉
seems pretty simple but the problem is finding a short throw shifter that specifically works witb your car...
Man, i wish i had friends like you to help me with my truck. I've got an 84 k5 blazer restoration that is pretty daunting for someone with zero experience with cars or things of that nature. Im just not really good at keeping myself motivated to actually go out there and start the project. My adhd doesnt help because i start in one place and see another problem and mind just goes crazy 😅
Question I hope you can answer! I barley loosen my bleeder valve and it’s not coming through the valve but it’s leaking though the back of the valve
Fabulous video! Thank you so much! I can't wait to get started on my Challenger R/T. It always looks great inside and out, but I had no idea how to address the engine compartment. Now I feel confident enough to do this myself! 🙂
who else is here bec of a broken car on fb market place
One tool to add to the beginner tool essentials: adjustable wrench. I have had so many oh shit moments while fixing something on my car and ive misplaced the proper size wrench. Even if you know you have it, saves a lot of headache pausing what you’re working on to find it. Also, if you made the mistake of buying the harbor freight sets that don’t have the size you need, big help (this was the biggest for me lol)
THIS WAS GREAT!!!! I am just leaving a comment so this guy's page gets boosted and he keeps making tutorials like this!
Hey Chris you’re not gonna believe this but pretty soon I will be starting an internship with First Student as a diesel mechanic and not only would I be working on the big Cummins powered diesel buses but we have Chevy Express G4500 Mini buses with naturally aspirated LS based V8s
I don't even have a car
What if the magic eraser left white marks on the paint? How do i fix that? 😭
So if you want to take the whole caliper off to clean or rebuild, how do you stop the fluid from leaking out of the hose..do you use something to plug it seeing as pinching it off is not good?
How long can I drive with this problem? 2012 CR-V,with 227k km, any help appreciated. Thank you in advance
This video is fantastic...I actually understood everything...thanks for sharing!
Like I have said before: that one who knows...KNOWS! The rest, we all watch UA-cam! Thanks, Chrys. ✔
Very useful video. Thanks so much
Hey Chris, i wanted to ask u where you got the replacement sheetmetal from?
What if my heater doesn't work? I have an old truck
Thanks for sharing this!!❤️👍
3:28 "...so it doesn't rust anymore..." - Famous last words. 🤣A perect job in deed, yet you have to consider REDOX. This IS the cause of rust. I would say, the ONLY cause for rust to happen. Yet, so few people do not consider grounding the vehiocle, so parasite charges do not start the elctrical process of "rusting" (removing metal-receiving Oxygen= rust), and adding some rust 'destroyer' (chemical paint compound that seals metal porouses, preventing Oxygen to enter, much heavier, dense and effective than just rust paint. IMO). In any case, excellent job and description. I wish I had you closer here in Canada, now turned into a "parts swapper Land", at least for me and my 2002 Forrester. Sad state of affairs... Thanks, again. ✔
also my bank account is gonna thank me lol
Excellent video!
TIP#11 CLEAN the caliper bracket where the hardware goes to hold the pads and allows the pads to slide evenly
you had me on this one .even called auto parts to ask .
When you finished sanding to bare metal, there was still dark metal parts. Are those rust? Also, wouldn't it be better to spray rust converter to the bare metal before applying body filler?
